5. Tender Type: Single-stage, two-envelope (Techno-commercial and Price bid).
6. Bid Security (EMD): ₹50,00,000 via Bank Guarantee.
7. Technical Specifications: Pellet size ≤25mm, bulk density ≥600 kg/m³, GCV 3400-5000 kcal/kg, max 14% moisture.
8. Contract Duration: 1 year, extendable for another year based on performance.
9. Transportation: Covered truck/rail mode, unloading at power plants.
10. Penalty Clause: LD applicable for short supply beyond 15% of monthly schedule at 5% of price.
